Providing Supportive Care During the Day

Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers helps families keep their loved ones at home by providing a wide array of supportive services during the day within a secure and nurturing environment.

Throughout Rhode Island, Cornerstone has four adult day health centers providing care to seniors, adults with disabilities, and adults with dementia. We have two centers in Warwick, Bristol, RI, and South Kingstown, RI. A specialized Memory Care Center is located in Warwick. Cornerstone opened the first adult day center in Rhode Island in 1973. The new South Kingstown Center is opening in Summer 2021 and accepting applications for participants.

The multidisciplinary team of caregivers at Saint Elizabeth Adult Day Centers provides an enriching day, supporting each individuals' highest level of ability. Each participant has a personalized plan of care, including; nursing care, physical exercise, stimulating activities and nutritious meals. Participants, with the support of their families, choose how many days of the week they want to attend the day center (from one day a week up to six days a week).
