  • Go straight thru three traffic lights, merging onto Route 1 North/Post Road

From South County:

  • Route 1 North to Route 4 North to RI-2 (exit 6) toward East Greenwich.
  • Turn left onto Route 2 North.
  • Turn right onto Frenchtown Rd.
  • Follow to Route 1 N (Post Rd. North). Take left onto Post Rd.
  • At first light, take left onto Grandview Rd.
  • Take an immediate left onto Saint Elizabeth Way. Follow to top of the hill
  • Follow up the hill, past the Seasons Assisted Living to Saint Elizabeth Home

From Connecticut:

  • From 95 North take exit 8A (routes 2 and 4 East Greenwich).
  • Merge immediately to left lanes
  • Turn left at first set of lights onto Division Rd. (by Showcase Theater)
  • This is Division Rd. (Route 401 East)
  • Follow 1.5 miles. When road divides, bear right
  • This turns into First Ave.
  • Travel another mile and take a right onto Main Street/Route 1 South
  • Follow 1.3 miles to a traffic light and take a right onto Grandview Rd.
  • Take an immediate left onto Saint Elizabeth Way
  • Follow up the hill, past the Seasons Assisted Living to Saint Elizabeth Home

From Route 195 West

  • Bear right at the Boston/New York split.
  • Stay right (Exit 21).
  • Take a left at the first light (Broadway).
  • Take your first left again onto Service Road #7.
  • Follow the service road through two sets of lights and take a right at the third onto Broad Street.
  • Take your first left onto Cahir Street.
  • Continue on Cahir until you see an 11-story brick building on your right, adjacent to a church.

From Providence:

Interstate 95 South to Exit # 14, Route 37 East, (exit splits east and west: stay in the left lane.)
Take the first exit off of Route 37 to Post Road, Route 1 South. Go pass 3 working traffic lights and at the 3rd traffic light you will take a left onto Airport Road. This is a large intersection with traffic lights and 2 left hand turn lanes.

Follow Airport Road for approx 1 mile. You will come to a (4) corner intersection, go straight through this intersection and you are now on Route 117 (West Shore Road). Go 4 working traffic lights (approx 4 miles.) At the 4th light (Dunkin Donuts/Gas Station on corner) take this left, which is Warwick Neck Avenue. We are approx ¼ miles on your left (big gray building.)

Route 95 north or south to Exit 10 Rt. 117 east (Centerville Road). Go through the 3 traffic lights and stay to the right lane. The road will split and you are to take the right split. You will go under a train tressal and up a hill and the road splits again and you will bear to the left. You will still be on Rt. 117. Follow Rt. 117 approximately 5 to 6 miles (8 red lights). Take a right on the Warwick Neck Avenue. (landmark-Self serve gas station on right-turn there). Go approximately ¼ mile and we are on the left side of the road.

Route 95 south to EXIT 10B, Rt. 117 east (Centerville Road). Go through (3) three traffic lights and stay to the right hand lane. You will see a white church on the right hand side of the road. Turn right just before the church and there is a parking lot behind.

Directions to Bristol Center:

Route 195 East to Exit # 2 Rt. 136 (Warren/Bristol). Take a right at the end of the exit. Follow Rt. 136 (Metacom Ave.) for approximately 6 miles. (Rt. 136 is a very curvy road). You will see a sign that states you are entering Bristol and the Bristol Police Station will be right there. Approximately ½ mile after the Police Station, take a right onto Franklin Street (landmark-20/20 Vision sign). Drive approximately ½ a mile and you will see Franklin Court on the left. We are located in the front between the two green canopies.
